Filed under: Womens World — The Symptoms Of Multiple Sclerosis Blog @ 11:33 pm

One of the longstanding bridal traditions is the bridal veil. The use of the bridal veil is one of the timeless practices during weddings. Along with the oldest bridal practices, wearing a bridal veil is still evident. The veil is considered an important element that it becomes a component of the design of the bride’s wedding gown. The veil is believed to have the power to ward off the bad elements that might kidnap the bride before she unites with her husband. Over time, the symbolism of the bride’s virtue is attached to the veil. Moreover, it sends an assurance to the groom’s family that she is right for the husband. The lifting of the veil suggests possession of the groom over his wife and her presentation to his family.
